Acer’s Care Plus warranty service includes a wide range of extended warranty options, allowing you to find the perfect service solution for your new Acer device

4 year Carry-in – Notebooks & Chromebooks
This 4 year warranty for Notebooks (exc. Gaming Notebooks) & Chromebooks operates via a ‘carry-in’ service, meaning that you return your device to Acer for servicing as you would during the standard 1 year warranty

Equipment Protection
As well as extending your warranty cover, this service also includes Equipment Protection*, which protects your new device against the most common forms of accidental damage including:
– Damage from the device being dropped or knocked
– Damage from a drink being spilled on the device

Care Plus Quality
Whichever Acer Care Plus warranty service you choose, you can rest assured that your device is being serviced to the highest possible standard

Any repairs will be made by fully certified technicians, using official Acer parts
Or, if your device needs to be replaced, your replacement will be of an equivalent specification or better
